Terms of Service – Linea Cleaning Solutions: Cleaning Service Tampa

By booking services with Linea Cleaning Solutions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Linea Cleaning Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined during booking. Scope of work is based on the selected service type.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are estimates and may vary based on actual condition.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

  • We accept various payment methods, including electronic payments.

  • ​

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • ​

4. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.

  • If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • ​

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

  • Does not apply to pre-existing damage or areas not included in the service.

  • ​

6. Liability

  • Linea Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed items.

  • Please notify us of fragile or valuable items before service.

  • ​

7. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

  • ​

8. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right to update these  terms       at any time.
